Objective
The objective of Sales Refresher Training Programs is to review, reinforce and upgrade participant’s knowledge and skills to enhance their confidence and productivity. This program equips participants with advanced selling skills to develop strong relationship with customers.

This is a 2 days workshop. Following are the content in brief covered during the workshop:

• Creating Customer Centric mind set by using tools to understand customer better
• Building relationship with customers by applying relationship strategies
• Converting customers through effective use of FAB & COIN concept
• Self-Motivation
• Action Planning of learnt skills to apply in the field
