Methodology This is a practical, interactive and lively workshop. The methodologies include interactive lectures, group discussions and presentation, skills building exercise, role-plays, self-reflection for action planning, and peer/team/facilitator assessment.
Through role plays, participants are engaged in simulated workplace scenarios to demonstrate their application of behavioural interviewing process, techniques, and skills when conducting behavioural interviewing.
For certification each participants has to demonstrate proficiency through role plays on knowledge and skills learnt during the workshop.
